We build the product and keep it running.

We design, build and run web platforms, mobile apps, backend services, cloud infrastructure and AI automation. A product often needs more than one of these, so we work across them, and we stay on to monitor, respond and release what we ship.

    Web platforms

    We build the web products a business runs on: public websites, merchant and partner portals, and admin consoles for staff. We work in TypeScript with React and Next.js, and we add a content editor wherever a team needs to change copy without a developer.

    Mobile apps

    We build consumer and staff apps with React Native and Expo, so one codebase runs on iOS and Android. We handle builds and store submissions through Expo EAS, and we write the release steps down.

    Backend, APIs and integrations

    We design the APIs, data models and scheduled jobs a product runs on, and we connect them to payment providers, messaging and hardware. The back ends we have built use NestJS and Node.js with PostgreSQL, and we have built a gateway for EV chargers that speaks OCPP 1.6.

    Cloud platforms and DevOps

    We set up cloud accounts, containers, databases and deployment pipelines on Google Cloud, Vercel and Cloudflare. Infrastructure is written as code, changes go through review, and releases move from staging to production.

    • Deployment pipelines in GitHub Actions for each environment

    Operations and reliability

    Launch is where operations start. We set up error monitoring, tracing and uptime checks, write runbooks for the systems we run, provide on-call cover for production, and release changes through staged environments.

    We look at how a team works, automate the steps that repeat, and connect AI models where they save real time. Where a wrong answer would cost money, trust or a customer, a person reviews the output before it goes out.

    We agree the scope and what done looks like first. Then we design, build and test the work, and release it through staging to production, with the steps written down.

    Our engineers work inside your team, in your repositories, tickets and planning, alongside the people who know the product best. Your priorities set the work, and changes go through your review and release process.

    Software already in production that needs someone watching it, responding to incidents and shipping releases safely.

    We start by reading what is running now. Then we take on monitoring, on-call cover, releases and runbooks under an ongoing support agreement, and we write up each serious incident for your team.
